He began his career in sales before founding multiple successful companies, including Khanh Tan Company and Vietnam Korea Ginseng-Bio-Science Company. His expertise lies in strategic planning, market expansion, and leadership. As CEO of LuminaStage Productions Inc., Mr. Do will leverage his diverse experience to guide the company’s growth in the entertainment technology sector, focusing on innovation and operational excellence to establish it as a leader in advanced theatre technology.

Thieu Hon Quach

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Thieu Hon Quach is a skilled operations manager with over 6 years of experience in operations, inventory control, and customer relations. His career includes roles at Tan Phong Electrical Equipment and Cable Production Company, where he managed production, optimized processes, and maintained stakeholder relationships.
